I placed an order for a watch to give as a Christmas present on December 15th. The very next morning, they requested I provide a document and proof of my address. Then, on the afternoon of the 16th, I received an email apologizing because the watch was mistakenly set to be shipped to someone else. They said the money would be refunded in 3 to 5 business days. Here we are on the 19th, and it still hasn’t shown up. This situation is making it impossible for me to buy another watch, so no gift for me!

I bought a watch online and was informed it would arrive by Monday. When I called on Monday, they said I needed to send ID through email, like a bank statement and my driver's license. They only mentioned this after I had already paid. The watch finally showed up on Wednesday, but the links weren’t removed as we had discussed the day before.

Also, the email linked to my PayPal was incorrect, which felt kinda off.

I got myself a 2016 Longines Heritage moon phase, and it arrived right on schedule. The watch was advertised as new, and let me tell ya, it looked absolutely pristine—no scratches or marks at all. The wooden box it came in was stunning, too, with no dents or blemishes. I checked out Ebay, but the prices were pretty much the same, and there was no guarantee of authenticity.
